To avoid weekends, holidays, and crowded times for vaccination, special leave is granted on weekdays to provide a safe environment for vaccination.

＜Point 2＞
Special leave is granted to prepare for cases of ill health due to adverse reactions after vaccination, creating an environment where vaccination can be performed with peace of mind.

＜Point 3＞
When a family member is vaccinated, this special leave can be used when accompanying the family member or when the family member needs support due to an adverse reaction, helping to ensure the physical and mental safety of the family members of those working at BB.

【BEYOND Vaccine Leave】

＜Period＞
June 11, 2021 (Fri) – February 28, 2022 (Mon)
※In the event that the vaccination deadline set by the government is extended, the vaccination period will be until the extended deadline.

＜Eligible Persons＞
All employees (including interns) and their family members
※Only employees who have been with the company for six months are eligible

＜Handling of Leave＞
The leave will be treated as a paid “special leave” that can be taken separately from the regular annual paid leave.

＜Number of Days Available＞
Maximum 2 days
※The maximum number of days will be the same, in all condition.
Ex1） Number of times taking the vaccination（Once, multiple times）
Ex2） When a family member receives the vaccine and is in need of support
