An introduction to our departments at BEYOND BORDERS

  • 営業部門

    Sales Division
    営業部門

    Our team includes sales people and members who support them, working on the sales aspect of Sekai Property advertisement, selling overseas real estate properties to Japanese customers as well as sales in the recruitment business. In addition to the Shinjuku head office in Japan, some of our team members are working overseas in our Malaysia and Cambodia offices.

    Marketing, Design and Web Development Division

    The marketing team is responsible for promoting overseas real estate through our website, Sekai Property, along with web advertising, direct message, and analyzing the effects of those activities. The content editorial director and the web production team is responsible for the design and layout, and the web development division is responsible for service development of our websites.

    The corporate department consists of members who are responsible for the business and organizational operations of the entire company. They are responsible for recruiting, training, internal events, human resources and general affairs (including labor relations), accounting (including sales management and finance), public relations (including services and corporate PR), and business management and corporate planning (including management of business figures and policies).

新卒入社は数名の実績がありますが、半年以上のインターンシップを 経験していただいた方のみ、インターンの実績などをもとに選考させていただいています。
英語の語学力は必要ですか?どんな職種で活かせますか?
一部の職種によっては必要となりますので募集要項をご確認ください。 東京オフィス、マレーシアオフィスともに社内では日本語でのコミュニケーションが 中心ですが、外国人スタッフが在籍しているため、社内でも英語での会話が聞こえる環境です。 また、全体ミーティングでは英語での同時通訳などもされているため、 英語を活用したい方は社内外で活用できる機会があります。
業務時の服装規定などはありますか?
営業職は、お客様対応時にスーツ着用など服装規定があります。 その他の職種も、来客時はジャケット着用などを推奨していますが、 社内業務中は、オフィスカジュアルでの出社可としています。
