Our Total Sales of Cambodian Real Estate Has Reached 3 Billion Yen – We are Establishing a “Japan Desk” in Phnom Penh for Property Rental Management Support
BEYOND BORDERS Co., Ltd. (Head office located in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Tadayoshi Endo serving as the CEO), which creates innovative businesses in the real estate sector based on the theme of [Global × IT], has today announced the establishment of “Japan Desk” in Phnom Penh for property rental management.
■ A “Japan Desk” with Japanese-Speaking Staff is Set Up for Property Support
In recent years, the demand for Cambodian properties for investment purposes has been increasing, and the total sales of Cambodian real estate through our overseas real estate property information platform “SEKAI PROPERTY ( https://ja.sekaiproperty.com )” has exceeded 3 billion yen.
Most real estate investment properties in South East Asia are purchased before completion, and the properties which were purchased in the previous years have been recently completed. Therefore, BEYOND BORDERS will not only focus on real estate sales, but also will begin property management and rental. We are hoping to strengthen support for Cambodian real estate properties in a comprehensive manner.
In February 2022, we established a “Japan Desk” where Japanese staff and Japanese-speaking Cambodian staff are stationed in order to respond to management tasks and consultations with residents.

■ About the Features of Properties in Phnom Penh and Tenants
Most of the Cambodian property locations are in the capital Phnom Penh, which is an area where foreign expatriates and local wealthy people live.
According to an announcement by the Cambodian government in 2021, the capital city of Phnom Penh is expected to triple its population in the next 15 years, and it is said that housing demand will continue to grow.
Currently, more than 80% of the tenants of the properties managed by our company are foreign expatriates, and half of them are Japanese.
By establishing a Japan Desk, we will continue to aim to propose and provide comfortable housing for Japanese people living in the area.
Currently, we are looking for tenants for properties listed below in Phnom Penh.
“” L’attrait BOEUNG KENG KANG “” (Completed on October 2021)
“” The Penthouse Residence “” (Completed on December 2019)
