BEYOND BORDERS is partnering with ‘Hapisumu’, a comprehensive housing-related site run by SMS Inc.

From December 2019, we have formed a partnership with Hapisumu, a comprehensive housing-related information site operated by SMS Inc.

 

Details of our business partnership with Hapisumu Through this business partnership, Hapisumu and BEYOND BORDERS will be able to offer their respective clients the ability to buy and sell real estate as well as a variety of other services. We will cross-send customers for their remodeling needs. 1. Some users of Hapisumu ( https://hapisumu.jp ) are property owners who are considering selling their real estate properties. For their real estate property sale needs, we will leverage our expertise and network in the real estate sales agent business across the globe. We will support the sale of real estate to prospective buyers both domestically and internationally. By doing so, the seller will be able to approach prospective buyers outside of Japan.

 

2. BEYOND BORDERS’ inbound real estate business is aimed at sales of real estate in Japan for those high net worth individuals in various countries. The company has been receiving a lot of interest from investors interested in Japanese real estate. We receive up to 1,500 inquiries per month, and many of our customers want to renovate their properties after they have purchased them. Through this partnership, BEYOND Borders has been able to help foreign owners find a renovation partner. We introduce Hapisumu, which offers a matching service between renovation applicants and renovation businesses. By doing so, we will provide consistent support from the purchase of real estate to the selection of a remodeling business.
